Somehow this haphazardly written list scribbled down over snacks with my mom and sis-in-law last month is going to turn into a wonderfully and lovingly prepared day a week from today.
The food has been mapped out, the items needed have been listed, a roaster needs to be bought and I’m already salivating over the various pies and desserts we have planned. I can’t wait to try out these Apple Cider Floats.
How are you preparing for Thanksgiving this season?
ooohhh, love the new blog design!!! And the first thought I had when I saw this blog post was “oh, I remember how I always loved your handwriting!” Hope you have an awesome thanksgiving.
Just researching possible tranquilizers I can give myself for the six-hour drive up to Grandma’s. 🙂 You’re going to have a wonderful time, I just know it! And I will, too, once we finally reach our destination.
I also like your new design.
Our Thanksgiving plans begin tomorrow night (can you believe it?) — my brother and his family are flying in tomorrow afternoon, and we are going over to my mom and dad’s house tomorrow night. My mom will do the big meal at her house, but we are hosting almost everybody on Tuesday night. Pray for peace and understanding as we get the house ready for my uncle to stay at and make other preparations. Good thing we have the week off!
